What we collect
Contact, company, country, postcode, product and project details from formal enquiries; first-party page and CTA events after consent; coarse country or region supplied by Cloudflare.
IP and analytics
We do not store full IP addresses. IP values used for rate limiting and statistics are salted with an environment secret and deleted after 30 days. Analytics events are retained for 13 months.
Enquiries and Feishu
Enquiries are saved to D1 first, then queued for retryable sync to MOHUE’s Feishu catalog and sales notification. Enquiries are deleted or anonymised 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
Your choices
Rejecting analytics does not affect product browsing, WhatsApp or the enquiry form. Cookie preferences can be changed from the footer.
